RMA Process

  • Contact our support team to obtain an RMA number before returning any product
  • Products must be in original packaging with all accessories

What touchscreen technology does HEN Touch use?
We primarily use projected capacitive (PCAP) touchscreen technology, which supports 10-point multi-touch, fast response, and excellent durability. We also offer resistive touch options for applications requiring stylus or gloved-hand input. All our touchscreens use USB-HID communication for plug-and-play compatibility with Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android.
Can I get a custom size or shape touchscreen?
Yes! We specialize in custom touchscreen solutions. We can produce cover glass sizes from 3" to 55", with custom shapes, aspect ratios, and thickness. Customization includes border colors, mounting hole patterns, camera/microphone cutouts, and special coatings. MOQ and lead time vary by customization level — contact our engineering team for details.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products have no minimum order quantity — you can order as few as 1 unit. For custom products, MOQ starts at 1 units depending on the level of customization. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Do your outdoor touchscreens work in direct sunlight?
Yes. Our outdoor touchscreen monitors feature high-brightness displays (1000–2500 nits), anti-glare glass treatment, and automatic ambient light sensing to ensure visibility in direct sunlight. Combined with IP65 waterproof rating and wide temperature range (-20°C to 60°C), they are designed for year-round outdoor operation.
How do I calibrate the touchscreen?
Touchscreen calibration is typically done through the operating system's built-in touch calibration tool (Windows: Control Panel > Tablet PC Settings > Calibrate). For advanced calibration, our touch driver software includes a calibration utility. Detailed instructions are provided in the user manual for each product.
